We’re looking for a collaborative, versatile full-time graphic designer to join our growing agency. Are you happy doing everything from executing high-level creative concepts to roll-up-your-sleeves production work? Are you comfortable sharing your work with others, taking and integrating feedback and working together with the Brand Team and other creatives towards the best possible work for the client? Do you like dogs? Like, kind of a lot of dogs? If so, then this might be the job for you!
Our dream candidate will have the following skills:
Strong graphic design sensibilities with super sharp attention to detail
3-5 years of agency experience working in digital, web, and print design utilizing up-to-date best practices
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign - proficiency in Sketch or InVision a plus!
Print production and basic pre-press
Ability to work in and create templates for programs like MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, and Constant Contact when necessary
Designing in Google Docs, Slides and Sheets
Great time management, communication skills, self-starting and problem-solving
An easygoing nature and desire/ability to take feedback, collaborate and work on a close-knit team
Adaptability to a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple clients, brands, and projects in any given week
Some experience with HTML and CSS, working in Google Web Developer for HTML5, video editing, or hand-drawn or vector illustration are a plus, but not required; liking dogs isn’t a necessity, but based on the number of dogs in the office, it’s a plus
Graphic Design for creative campaigns in various formats including websites, digital ads, emails, print ads, large-scale expo graphics, billboards, brochures, posters and more.
Design visual comps for responsive websites using Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator
Work with multiple teams on a regular basis (our Digital Manager on digital ad campaigns, our Web Developer on landing page design, and our Creative and Art Directors on brand, print, and design)
Ability to juggle multiple projects for a wide variety of clients while meeting strict deadlines
Ability to stay true to established brand guidelines, while still knowing how to push creative boundaries
Nice-to-haves: ability to design mobile-responsive emails and understand A/B testing basics as well as design static and animated display ads, including HTML5 (Google Web Designer)
